Your role will include:
Leading your team to ensure that all guests are welcomed and looked after.Building rapport naturally with each guest you meet.Enhance guest experiences and amenities to offer a bespoke service.Working alongside all departments, fostering collaboration with Sales, Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to create seamless experiences.What we would LOVE from you:
Have proven experience in Front Office management within a high end hotel.Passionate for delivering impeccable guest service.Exceptional interpersonal skills.A natural ability for building genuine connections with guests.Financially confident, ensuring excellence is delivered in line with agreed budgets.Benefits:
