Hybrid working pattern 3 days WFH Monday – Friday

Main duties:To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.

The Role:– To respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner– To follow up on orders and ensure delivery status is updated regularly– To advise customers on product suitability– To complete necessary administration and keep the customer records up to date– To liaise with Servicing department to schedule installation of product and servicing– To monitor customer feedback and provide suitable suggestions for improvement

The Candidate:– Fluent in French (written and spoken) – Essential– Previous experience in customer service – Essential– Proactive, confident and dynamic personality– Excellent communication skills and a team player– IT literate

The Salary: up to GBP30,000 p.a. + Benefits
