22ft Freeman Mk1

Kept as original as possible, this beautiful cruiser is a lovely example of an early 1960’s classic. In the two years we’ve owned her we have brought the engine back to it’s best, and have done a complete, sympathetic overhaul of everything else.

The following are just some of the features and additions this boat has:

• Engine overhauled, replaced leaky coreplug last year which is a known feature of the mk1 Ford Anglia engine! We also added an electric ignition for a better start and longer running time, replaced a rusted through exhaust manifold and new starter and leisure batteries this spring.

• All new wiring throughout,

• The interior hadn’t been cared for in few years but now has a large compressor fridge, new cushions, live edge oak kitchen work top, new flooring, ceiling panels and revarnished all the beautiful woodwork. There is a large storage cupboard and separate WC space.

• The outside has had lots of love too, new paint, varnishing and new hardware and fenders. Canopy is around 3-4 years old and is in great condition.

• Mooring may be available subject to agreement from the landowner.
