Simple Recruitment are searching for Freelance Chefs to in and around the Leicester area.

Immediate start positions available

This is for a multitude of varying sites such as:

Hospitals - Schools - MOD Barracks - Care facilities - Hotels - Restaurants - Holiday parks - Amusement Parks

What we are looking for :

-Highly experienced chefs - working from a CDP level and above

-Owner of chef whites, safety shoes and their own knives

-Experience working with a variety or cuisines

-Ability to work under pressure and to strict time limits

-Experience working different types of service such as - Banqueting - A La Carte - Buffet

-Ability to work individually and as part of a team

- Great attitude towards work

- Reliability

- Knowledge of Health and Safety - Allergens - HACCP - COSHH
