Got a guitar for Christmas, but don't know where to start? Or got started, but never broke out of playing on your own? Yeah,me too, but with the help of others I got through that and out the other side, so I thought it was time to pay that forward. Christmas has come and gone and we are in the New Year doldrums, so what better way to get through the day than to to strum a few chords and sing a few songs? Don't worry if you can't read music, we won't be doing a lot of theory (or at least only the useful bits) and we won't be taking exams - just making music.

The only conditions are that you are an ADULT (both in age and attitude), HAVE YOUR OWN GUITAR (any type) and can make your own way to Caversham. I'm particularly looking for older beginners, being pretty ancient myself! Also, I only take on a couple of newbies at a time, so please don't be offended if I get snowed under!
