FP&A Manager Bristol–Hybrid Luxury Retail GBP60,000 – GBP65,000 + bonus

A well–known luxury international retailer are seeking a FP&A Manager to join their Finance team. This role will be best suited for someone looking to take the next step in their career and manage a team of two. You will be on hand to provide insights for forecasts and budgets whilst assisting with decision–making.

What you will be doing:

Provide strategic support to key stakeholders including the senior leadership team around budgetsLead the forecast process to drive visibility of forecast projections, supporting leadership and explaining variancesLead a small team of 2–3, mentoring and assisting with their developmentDevelop the 3–5 year business model, supporting future growth along with developing scenario analysis models for strategic optionsWork closely with the Head of FP&A; helping to develop new processes and reports What we are looking for:
