Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop new formulations for personal care products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficacy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory requirements.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and scientific advancements to bring innovative ideas to the product development process.Work closely with quality control teams to ensure that formulations meet established specifications and compliance standards.Conduct thorough testing and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.Maintain detailed records of formulation processes, ingredients, and testing procedures.Prepare and update documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams to understand market demands and ensure successful product launches.Provide technical support to various departments as needed. Key Requirements:

Scientific related degree e.g. Chemistry, Cosmetic Science etc.Understanding of formulation principles and experience in product development.Creative mindset with a passion for innovation.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
