We recruiting on behalf of a busy engineering based company based in Dudley for an Forklift Counterbalance Driver but will also be required to assist in other areas of the shop floor

Job Role

Working in a engineering environment To check goods in against delivery notes for accuracy and faults/damages. Loading and unloading of vehicles Assisting with the movement of sheet metal around the factory. Storing items in relevant sections. Packing & assembly goods in boxes. Maintaining a clean working environment in yard and shop floor. Forklift truck counter balance driving Experience/Requirements

Previous working experience in engineering/sheet metal environment is essential Must be comfortable with work off the truck. FLT Counter balance licence is essential Goods in/out experience Good communication skills liaising with other departments. Comfortable with manual handling. The Package

12 week temporary to permanent contract. Working hours 8 - 4:30 Monday to Thursday wiht early finish on Friday GBP12 - GBP12.50 per hour- which will be reviewed after the probation period On site parking. Opportunity to progress within an established company.
