About the role:

Long-term teachers are excited to be recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work in an incredible SEND school in Swindon. Yolu will be working with students with varying types of SEND - some challenging behaviours can be expected so resilience is key. The role is, however, extremely rewarding and can be a permanent role for the right candidate. You will be working within food lessons and helping with food prep. The ideal candidate would be flexible, adaptable and able to demonstrate a can-do attitude. Some of the benefits of working as a teaching assistant for Long-Term Teachers include;
