My client is seeking a Flying Instructor to work with military personnel at RAF Valley in Anglesey.
Main Responsibilities include:
Instructing relevant aspects of the BFT syllabus to high instructional standards.Focus on delivering airborne instruction and also the delivery of phase briefs, technical lessons, practical demonstrations and synthetic events. Assist Curriculum Design as an Subject Matter Expert (SME) in development and maintenance of courseware.
We are looking for candidates with the following:
Previous experience as a Flying Instructor (QFI status is desirable)Previous experience in a 'Basic Flying Training' rolePrevious experience of multi-faceted flying disciplines combining leadership and airmanshipA desire to help students strive for successExcellent Communication skillsStrong presentational skills
