The price per week varies dependent on the stay dates AND occupancy etc. Please enquire for details. Pool heating plus a one off end of rental cleaning fee is extra. Local taxes will be added and are payable with the final balance payment. A breakages/security deposit is also payable prior to the rental start date.

Pool heating is recommended for stays between October and April.

The villa sits on a large corner plot on the quiet and peaceful Hampton Lakes estate. It is convenient for the theme parks, shopping malls and International Drive etc. It is fully licensed and very well looked after by the local (English owned) management company.

There are five bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. The private screened pool (with underwater mood lighting) offers a stunning view of the lake. The fountain looks lovely lit up at night. There are also tennis courts and volleyball courts.

Hampton Lakes is a perfect location for your Florida stay with all the attractions easily accessible. Loads of restaurants, shops and supermarkets etc all within a short commute, 5 minutes from junction 55 of the I-4 Interstate. Just off Highway 27 - 5 minutes from the western end of the 192.

15-20 minutes from Disney

25-30 minutes from Universal Studios

Lake Louise – 20 minute drive

International Drive – 15 minutes. Loads of attractions, restaurants and clubs

Old Town – 15 minutes. Roller coasters, restaurants and the Saturday Night Classic Car Cruise

Cocoa Beach – 1 hour drive

Melbourne Beach – 1 hour drive

Tampa – 1.5 hour drive

Miami – 4 hour drive

The villa can sleep up to 10 however we normally limit it to 8 people max.
