I live in a 2 bed 1st floor, 6 in a block council flat in Loganlea Gardens, looking for a bigger place, I have had another baby and need another room, I absolutely love it here, shame to move, great neighbours, great Primary school, there is 2 within walking distance, parking, close to local shops as well as Meadowbank Stadium/ Shopping Centre, bus stops and doctors, we have a communal back garden and our own garden to the side. Looking for somewhere that has 3 bedrooms and a garden.

Please only text if you have 3 rooms, getting a lot of texts for 2 bedrooms, I really would just stay here, really only moving as really lack space, I would like my room back.

1 double room with a built in wardrobe, 1 single room, kitchen/living room, shower over bath, 1 small cupboard in hall up above a cupboard with an immersion heater in it, we are pretty much the only ones that use the garden and we grow stuff in our own garden to the side, close to Lochend Park and Artherseat. We are the only ones with a dog in the stair and we are the only council tenants, we are the only ones with kids, All neighbours are really nice, with a hello and how are you, we pretty much all keep to ourselves, really hoping to stay in same area but now I'm just looking for 3 bedrooms still within Edinburgh and a garden. Lived here for 8 years so far, all got painted 2 Yr ago for baby coming home though probably looking to do touch ups, all my walls are white with 1purple wall in living room and dbl room and 1 marvel wallpaper wall in single rm,would be all unfurnished on moving.
