Fit for Future Implementation Manager
Job Description:
The Tritium Fuel Cycle Division is undergoing changes to line management structure as a result of a 'Fit for Future' programme of work.
As part of this, there is a need to:
Review all Job Descriptions, Skill Types and Role Titles in the division and establish if they are current, consistent and relevant
Review the current line managers assigned in our systems and ensure they align with the proposed line management structure
Identify newly required job descriptions to reduce the number of job descriptions across the division, whilst ensuring roles are appropriately captured
Liaise with the People Team Business Partner, Group leads, Team leads and individuals to create and implement new job descriptions, skill types and role titles
Work with the Job Evaluation team to ensure job descriptions can be assigned
Ensure that all job descriptions and role types created are aligned with a consistent approach
Ensure that all job descriptions are uploaded and correct on the career framework
Ensure every permanent staff member is aware and confident of what their job description, role title and skill type is
Review upcoming roles in the recruitment pipeline and propose Job Descriptions based on those implemented as part of the fit for future changes
Furthermore, to ensure a sufficient talent pipeline into the division, recruitment activities for graduates, apprentices, summer students and year in industry students has commenced, with assessment centres planned from Jan 2024.
As part of this, there is a need to:
Co-ordinate the hiring managers and liaise with the central recruitment team
Participate in screening calls and assessment centres
Agree offers with team leaders, ensuring the right candidates are aligned with roles aligned to their skillsets
Ensure apprentice roles have appropriate Job Descriptions
Liaise with training providers to recruit apprentices, attending career's fairs where appropriate
Understand the apprentice standard and support the line managers in understanding their responsibilities with regards to ensuring the apprentices have sufficient opportunity to obtain their qualification
Qualifications Required: Essential
A level or equivalent in English Language grade C or above
IT literacy - proficient using the Microsoft office suite

HR qualification (such as CIPD)
Experience Required: Essential
Strong attention to detail
Able to summarise information in a concise manner
Able to interact and communicate constructively with stakeholders at all levels of the business
Structured approach to change management
Past experience of working within a team to implement a change
Past experience conducting interviews

Experience writing Job Descriptions
Experience summarising accountabilities of a role
Past experience supporting apprenticeship schemes
