Artist: Joshua Fisher (born 1859, died 1930). He studied at the Liverpool of Art under John Finnnie and exhibited at the Walker Gallery in Liverpool and the Royal Cambrian Gallery in Conwy.

A watercolour of a fisherman's cottage, Port Erin, Isle of Man, signed by the artist on the painting and on the reverse.

This picture has never been framed and perhaps could benefit from a clean and hence the asking

price.
