The overall purpose will be to provide first line administrative and technical support to the Financial Planning Consultant whilst continuing to be the main point of contact for clients maintaining a high level of service. Core duties will involve: Processing new business. Preparation of the suitability report and conducting research. Preparing meeting and review packs. Completing compliance checks on businesses. Handling queries from clients and maintaining client databases. Carrying out general tasks in support of the Financial Planning Consultant as and when required.RequirementsCandidates will ideally have:A minimum of one years' experience of working in a similar role / capacity with working knowledge of pensions and investments. Part way through or have already completed the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, however this is not essential. The ability to work unsupervised but to contribute and work effectively as part of a team. Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
