Position Overview:
As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial advisers in delivering exceptional service to clients. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring that the operations and administration runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist financial advisers with client onboarding and paperwork, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.Processing new business file checks inc. suitability report checkProcess Manual – maintaining/streamlining existing and implementing new processesMaintain client records and databases with meticulous attention to detail.Liaise with clients and providers to handle queries and requests professionally. Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Financial Planning Administrator within the financial services industry.Knowledge of financial products, investment platforms, and regulatory requirements.Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
