The Burford Recruitment Company are proud to be working with a leading Wealth Management company to find a diligent and capable administrator to join our clients Technical Team.
Due to the nature of the work, attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to work in a highly efficient, organised way, and to multi–task and prioritise accordingly. You will have a 'hands–on' approach and be capable of independently completing required functions whilst also liaising effectively with other team members.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing new business recording and submissionCommunicating and recording product and planning analysis resultsLiaising with product providers and other relevant third partiesAssisting the Paraplanner(s) with:Preparing paperwork for client meetingsPlanning and product researchNew business submission and tracking to conclusionTechnical filing on to business systems. Skills/Experience:
Strong communication skills to deliver excellent customer service to clients and third parties by telephone and emailThe ability to convey technical details to a non–technical audienceThe ability to ensure that data is recorded within internal systems, to maintain accuracy and complianceKnowledge of Intelligent Office, or another similar CRM – Adviser Office etc.Good computer knowledge fully comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel.At least 2 years experience in financial planning/wealth management This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful firm of financial services where loyalty and dedication will be recognised and rewarded.
