This could suit someone who has previously been involved in system projects following acquisitions or mergers. Duties include:

Overseeing local accounting function, reviewing monthly management accountsWorking with the senior management team to develop strategic financial plans and providing sound advice relating to financial mattersOwnership of internal controls and complianceLead on preparation of annual reports including budgetingProject work as necessary Person specification:

Finance qualification i.e CIMA, ACCA, ACAPrevious experience in a similar financial controller rolePrior experience with project work / systems implementation is advantageous Benefits:
