A Big 4 Consultancy is seeking a Financial Advisor Planning Complaints Handling Pensions & Investments on a contract basis to work remotely.
The Financial Advisor Planning Complaints Handling Pensions & Investments will be working as part of a high-quality team helping a major financial service provider as part of a Pensions and Investments Workstream.
This role would suit someone with financial advising, financial planning experience with good pensions and investments product knowledge. Complaints experience will be trained if you have not worked in a remediation setting before.
Experience/Skills Required:
Extensive financial planning, advising, case reviewing/complaints handling experience Experience of dealing with customers in a regulated environment (Pensions and Investments is a MUST) Ability to demonstrate decision making using a holistic approach PC skills (Word and Excel) Strong literacy / numeracy Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work to demanding deadlines (workflow & time management) Ability to attain and maintain specified quality and production targets Ability to work independently & as part of a rapidly changing team Demonstrate an ability to work with honesty, integrity and trustworthiness Maintain high standards of professionalism and competence Good communication skills Good letter writing skills Good telephony skills Key products that the complaint handlers will be supporting with are;
Pensions predominantly SIPP wrappers containing underlying funds in both accumulation and decumulation phases. OEICs both ISA and non-ISA Investment Bonds Potentially there could also be complaints related to: I. Venture capital products such as VCTs and EIS schemes
II. DB pension transfer advice.
Please note that if you hold a Lv 4 qualification the day rate will be GBP250 Umbrella.
