Purpose

Supporting the Finance Manager in the completion of internal Management Accounts including balance sheet, P&L, forecasting planning and reporting, whilst effectively leading and developing the Finance team.

Key tasks

Month end close processes To support Managers in understanding the detail behind information To assist in providing high quality financial management reportsCommunicate and review financial statements/results with the Senior Management Team Provide external bodies with information as required by law and external auditorsReview and assist with monthly Balance Sheet ReconciliationsPreparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial StatementsTo assist with the overall annual business planning and budget setting processPresentation of financial information and assisting with financial discussions at senior management meetingsFixed Asset ManagementManagement of Expense reporting processReview Vat Returns Experience Required

CIMA/ACCA qualified or relevant experience at a senior level.Must have held a similar position in a corporate organisation, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
