As the Finance and Office Manager, you will play a key role in managing the financial operations and administrative functions of the organization. This position requires a candidate with a strong background in finance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.

- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with external auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Office Administration:

- Supervise office operations to ensure efficiency and a positive working environment.

- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to support daily operations.

- Coordinate office events and meetings, including scheduling and logistics.

- Oversee administrative staff and provide guidance on daily tasks.

Human Resources Support:

- Assist with HR functions, including payroll processing and employee benefits administration.

- Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.

- Act as a liaison between finance, administration, and other teams to facilitate communication and achieve common goals.

Successful candidates will have:

- Proven experience in financial management and office administration.

- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and regulatory requirements.

- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite.

- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
