Description

As Finance Manager you will play a key role as Number 2 to the Senior Manager in the finance department, with responsibility for the following:

Producing consolidated financial analysisProducing the budgets and monthly reforecastsWorking on developing Business Intelligence for the local finance team, ensuring that the relevant information can be used to aid commercial decision makingOwnership of the FOREX hedging programmeOverseeing the commission plan structure - ensuring that it is driving the right behaviours and making recommendations for changesManaging 1 direct report and mentoring and coaching other members of the finance team This is an excellent role for an ambitious individual that wants to join a large UK business with an international presence.

Profile

My client is looking for a Qualified Chartered / ACCA Accountant. Ideally you will have Qualified in a Top 20 practice firm and have moved into industry in a commercial role since then. Experience of working with large sets of data would be very useful, along with experience of business partnering.

Job Offer

This is a hybrid role working 2 days from the office in Mid Kent and 3 from home.
