Essential Skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is a plus.Demonstrated management experience in a finance role, with a track record of driving excellence.In–depth knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, working capital management, and cash flow analysis.Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
