Six month contract with extension to 12 months Potential for a permanent role on completion of the contract
This role is to cover a maternity leave but there will be a handing over period until April 2024. Due to company changes, there could be a potential for a permanent role.The minimum requirement for this role would be AAT Level 4 including 3–5 years' experience in a similar role.
Within this role you will be responsible for
Management Accounts including P & L review, Cash Flow Forecasts, Journal entries and report against budget and annual financial statements.Oversee and manage Sales ledger & Purchase ledgerOrganise authorisation and process paymentsPrepare and submit quarterly VAT accountManage, prepare and submit all regulatory returns to HMRCManage the production of annual statutory accountsOversee and manage Company bank accountsEnsure all data is backed up dailyOversee, manage, train and mentor the Accounts AssistantParticipate in training, as necessary to remain up to date with new systems
