iMultiply is supporting the international business int their search for an Interim Finance Manager.

Job Overview:

The Interim Finance Manager has responsibility for the smooth running of the operational finance team while the wider finance functions are under review. They must monitor and maximise cash flows and provide effective monthly reporting to our shareholders for all entities they are responsible for. Minimum period for this role is six months with possible extension.

Key Accountabilities

Manage the cashflow reporting and forecasting process within the Central Finance team, includingcollating responses from Commercial, Operations and Finance as to likely billing, collection, andpayments. Provide the first line of challenge to Cashflow forecasting prior to FC/CFO review, witha clear appreciation of key risks and opportunities.Minimise risk within business by review and control of all items on the balance sheet.Take responsibility for the Month End timetable, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are aware oftimescales, that reports are produced on time and in line with agreement and Shareholderdeadlines. Strive to reduce the month end timescales by implementing improvements in processand systems. Roles & Responsibilities

This role will include a variety of tasks including the following:

Pro–actively drive cash conversion through monitoring of Debt, WIP, Prepayments and Accrualsand assist the stakeholders in turning profit into cashLead on review of the balance sheet on a monthly basis, with key accounts reconciled monthlyand other accounts quarterlyControl the month end close processMaintain a balance sheet risk register and manage this accordingly with the FC/CFOResponsibility for the detailed monthly review of P&L with Commercial and Operational leads in conjunction with FC/CFOProvide accurate management information to our shareholders in a timely mannerFoster an improved relationship with Commercial and Operations to assist in the smooth running of the business On Offer
