You will ensure the smooth running of the department and financial operations.Duties as a Finance Manager: Dealing with financial management reporting Identifying risks and ensuring financial sustainability Overseeing the finance department Ensuring all ledgers and functions run smoothly Producing long-term forecasts and handling annual revenue and budgets Being involved in audits Coordinating procurement of services and being responsible for banking Overseeing the financial system Performing trend analysis Leading the development of project costings Monitoring budgets and performing reconciliations Liaising with external partiesWhat we are looking for: CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience A strong understanding of financial processes Experience using various systems Strong IT and leadership skills Attention to detail Excellent organisational skills Strong problem solving skillsTo be successful as a Finance Manager you will be a numerically focussed individual with strong communication skills.
