Currently working exclusively with an energy/renewables start up to recruit a Part-Time Finance Manager to their growing team. This is the first hire within finance and the founder has ambitious growth plans over the next few years, it is such a great time to join the business. Making a direct impact from day 1 and playing a key role in the business growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO/Founder, you will be business partnering with them, leading on budgets and forecasts and helping to shape the financial future. This is a sole finance role which could progress into people management and senior leadership as the business grows.

Business Partnering with Senior StakeholdersTaking ownership of the finance function from top to bottomBudgeting/forecastingM&AProducing Management AccountsLeading on the Month-End processesVAT returnsAd-hoc admin duties as and when required The role would suit a Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) who is happy working part time or it could suit a portfolio FD. The ideal candidate will be a proficient self-starter, with strong leadership capabilities. Energy/ Renewables experience is desirable, with strong Excel and Xero skills advantageous.
