Job Manager: Finance Manager

Salary: up to 50K

Location: Sutton Remote with partial office attendance

To ensure the effective strategic and operational financial planning, monitoring, and reporting to enhance the decision-making process of the Senior Management team. The Finance Manager will be a key decision maker in the organisation. You will use the data to advise the SLT on ways to improve the overall financial function of the business.

Duties:

Contribute to strategic planning, financial management and day - to day- running of the organisation Financial accounting and reporting Management reporting Planning, budgeting / forecasting Financial systems, procedures & internal controls Assist with all matters relating to tax - Corporate Tax, VAT, PAYE Affiliate statements prepared and sent out each quarter. All invoices paid and settled within payment terms. Monitor and keep credit score above 80 at all times. P/L, budget reports and forecasts Ensuring money banked is well organised and all queries raised and dealt with promptly A detailed Billing Process To contribute to the overall leadership, strategic planning and management Ensure accurate, complete & timely financial and management reporting, including monthly management accounts, balance sheet control. Statutory Accounts & (future) audit liaison Timely submission of all external reporting e.g. Companies House, HMRC Responsible for in-house objective setting & performance reviews Attributes/ Skills:

Qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA Accountant, including relevant post qualification. experience Proficiency in financial accounting & reporting, including external statutory reporting and audit Staff management experience
