Growing SME in Pontefract with a projected t/o of 20m in 2024 is looking to appoint a finance manager to support the Financial Director.

The business is going through growth and the aim is to improve systems, automate processes and improve controls; the newly appointed finance manager will be key to this as well as managing the finance team.

The role will include;

Responsibility for the production of monthly management and KPIsMonthly balance sheet reconciliationsFinancial analysis and profitability reporting of projectsIdentify and deliver efficiencies and process improvements.Prepare monthly cashflow forecasting and annual budgets.Build and manage a strong finance team.Calculation and submission of VAT, CIS and PAYE payments to HMRC.Support the year end process and be a point of contact for the external accountants.
