Finance Business Partner Mid–Kent/Hybrid GBP45k – GBP55k DOE

Our client a successful and growing business are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their team. The company currently work on a Hybrid basis with 1 day a week in the office.

This role requires someone commercially focussed with very strong data manipulation and analysis. This will provide financial insight and support to the Senior Exec team, to grow and improve profitability of the region.

The main responsibilities will include:–

Incorporate identification of key drivers and levers which can be pulled to improve financial performanceProduction of regionally specific reporting to supplement group reporting that is in existence.Ensure that existing and new deals are priced, structured, and implemented to meet expectations.Ensure that management accounting reflects the correct operational activity.Produce forward looking forecasts/budgets as well as retrospective analysis.Be "Hands On" and provide real time financial support for the region What you will need

MSc in economics or equivalentExperience in a similar role (combining both commercial and financial analysis) with good Data manipulation skillsCommercial & operational experience with the ability to invoke change and best practiseExcellent written and verbal communication with the ability to simplify complex financial situations and explaining these to othersContinuous improvement mindset – challenges the norm to ensure operational excellence and commercial returnExecution focussed with an eye for detailLeadership: The ability to influence, challenge and drive changeSelf–starter able to work independently to deliver results
