Your new companyI am working with a great organisation based in Stoke–on–Trent who are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their FP&A team and support stakeholders across multiple commercial departments.Your new roleAs a Finance Business Partner, you will be a key interface between the Finance department and the business, playing a critical role in developing business cases, budgeting, forecasting, and providing financial insights.You will assist in formulating a strategic plan for the company's future direction, lead the preparation and evaluation of business cases, ensuring profitability and viability, and work closely with senior stakeholders across various departments to ensure financial objectives are aligned with business goals. You will collaborate with an IT team to evaluate investment opportunities, advise on risk management related to decisions and investments and strive to optimise financial operations and processes.
