Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

Salary: GBP47,420 - GBP51,515 per annum

The Role

The council have aFinance Business Partnervacancy that is key to meeting the challenge of maintaining the council's financial health and sustainability in an increasingly challenging financial environment.

Working closely with senior managers across the council, the successful applicant will develop and support opportunities to transform the delivery of financial services across the council.

The postholder will need to develop and maintain effective working relationships to support co-operative ways of working, effective decision making and management of financial resources.

Skills and Experience

Has a demonstrable track record of providing advice and guidance to capital and revenue projects.Has a sound knowledge of business case development.Has experience of providing support to those responsible for managing financial resources. Benefits
