The role

Support their R&D department with project spend analysis and project forecasting to ensure tight cost controls and effective resource utilisation and accurate monthly accountingWork closely with the Sales & Supply Chain departments to ensure stock is managed effectively, to minimise stock obsolescence and excess and ensuring the business has adequate provisionsAssist with preparation of financial papers to be presented at the Board and Commercial BoardReview and prepare insightful analysis on financial trends, progress against KPI's and potential risks or opportunities to the business in monthly MI and Board packs. Develop & maintain an annual budgeting & reforecasting model ensuring that business insights are accurately represented. Business partner the Sales department to help deliver accurate sales forecasts and insightful commercial analysis. Including customer and business units P&Ls and making suggestions for profit improvementsManaging and calculate sales commissions & bonus payments Provide senior management with FX and hedging analysis reports to aide effective and timely decision making.Assist with the annual auditSupport the continued development & maintenance of the company's ERP and data management and analytic software packageMake recommendations on cost savings and revenue enhancements in liaison with the rest of the business as needed Required
