Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a well established manufacturing business in Sheffield that is a choice employer in the region.

This role will involve working as part of the Commercial Finance Team, as primary contact and business partner for a designated business area and will include aspects of reporting, management accounts, modelling & ad-hoc analysis.

Role Responsibilities

The role has 3 key areas of focus: Business partnering; financial reporting and process improvementDrive financial performance by providing insight and advice to support strategic decision making, ensuring that forecasting and modelling is accurate and informativeBusiness partnering with key stakeholders, to advise on how best to achieve business goals and objectivesLead the analysis and reporting of the financial position of the business / business areaDeliver financial reporting, information and analysis to support decision making and modellingTranslate complex financial information and communicate it in a clearly understandable wayDrive change and look for continuous improvement opportunitiesSupport the development of colleagues through mentoring and guidance About You

The following relevant skills, knowledge and experience are required.

CIMA/ACCA qualified or equivalent / Late PQ will also be considered Advanced MS Excel skillsManagement reporting competencyAbility to evaluation & interpret informationUnderstanding of Financial ModellingStrong commercial acumenPrevious business partnering experienceStrong stakeholder management experienceAbility to change and adapt processes Days/Hours of Work

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday - Flexible start and Finish times
