Goodman Masson are working with a well renowned non-profit organisation to recruit for a Finance Business Partner, who will be instrumental in developing relationships with key stakeholders and influencing decision making at a senior level.

You will have strong Business Partnering experience and have the ability to explain complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

Day to day duties:

Work closely with budget holders to build their understanding of financial position and performanceProduce regular management accounts and long term financial modelling and present to executive teamParticipating in senior operational leadership discussions and meetingsProviding constructive challenge to budget holdersProduce regular dashboard reporting for the Trustee BoardConsolidate departmental budgets and forecastsEssentials:

CCAB Qualified or equivalentStrong experience influencing stakeholders at a senior levelAbility to build financial models to aid strategic decision makingExperience explaining complex financial information to non-finance stakeholdersSalary: circa 60,000 + excellent benefits including employee pension contributions ranging from 11-18%
