TRC are working with a well-established charity in Yorkshire who are looking to add a Finance Business Partner to their office team!
The role will be a mixture of home working, office days and service visits.
The FBP will be responsible for budgets, fee improvements and deficit services so someone with experience working within the healthcare sector will have a good advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the business in controlling and ensuring the most efficient use of costs, for example, through the effective review and management of hours and payroll spend, as well as non-payroll spend. Develop and deliver in depth analysis to the business to make further recommendations around how financial performance can be improved. Provide regular and ad hoc insightful reporting to your stakeholders as needed. Coach and educate the operations team in terms of financial understanding to help them to improve service performance. Support the budgeting process, building this bottom-up working closely with your key stakeholders to ensure there is engagement and buy-in to the budget targets. Provide ad hoc financial support to the operations team and other stakeholders as needed. Provide ad hoc support to the Head of Finance Business Partnering and the CFO as needed. Work closely with other areas of finance to ensure key business and finance priorities and processes are aligned and give the best outcome.
Criteria:
Ideally fully qualified with a recognised accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA), typically newly qualified to 2 years PQE, or qualified by experience (QBE). Candidates working towards a professional qualification will be considered.
