We're thrilled to partner with a leading Property Developer to expand their Finance operations. As a Finance Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in our established and successful finance team, reporting directly to the Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Sales and Purchase ledgers, ensuring accurate details and conducting regular account reviews.
- Take ownership of raising sales invoices, managing reconciliations, and overseeing the billing system.
- Produce AR reports, proactively addressing any recovery issues.
- Reconcile intercompany recharges, prepare monthly reconciliations, and settle Sales and Purchase ledgers.
- Process purchase invoices for Utilities, Rates, and Council Tax, ensuring timely payments and prompt resolution of queries.
- Provide reporting and insights into Purchase and Sales Ledger activity, including transaction reconciliations, Supplier and Tenant statements, and group-wide reporting.
This role offers the flexibility of 1 day a week working from home, and the client will consider candidates for both full and part-time positions.
