REED Accountancy is delighted to supporting one of Edinburgh's premier scientific institutions in the recruitment of an experience finance administrator to support the organisation for the next three months. Based in south Edinburgh, the organisation offers a full–time role with the opportunity of hybrid working and flexible start/finish times.
This is an accounts payable focussed position which will allow you to showcase your exceptional skills within a renowned business and help you grow your skillset further. To be successful in this role, you will have strong interpersonal skills and have experience engaging with suppliers and customers alike.
Main Duties:
Processing purchase invoices and credit notesManaging and resolving supplier statementsResolving invoice queriesReconciling supplier statementAllocating queries to correct departmentsSupporting team lead with ad hoc duties The candidate:
