NXTGEN is working with a hugely reputable, global business, who are looking to bring in 3x Finance Analysts to their publishing divisions in London. The business are going through a significant growth period, which is reflected in the additions across 3 teams. As Finance Analyst, you will play an integral part in providing financial and commercial support to the divisions, with the preparation and presentation of financial and management information which will support and inform decision making across the business. Main responsibilities:

Month end routines such as reconciling P&L lines, preparation & posting of journals, KPI packs etcBudget and forecasting preparation and providing information to sales teamPreparation of acquisition P&L'sInvoice and purchase order checking & codingWorking closely with the marketing team to track marketing spendPreparation of financial data and ad–hoc analysis on divisional performance to support decision making across the groupAny other ad–hoc duties that may be asked of you by the Finance Director The successful candidate for this position will need to have relevant experience in a similar finance role, with strong Excel and analytical skills. You will need to be able to present complex financial information to non–finance colleagues and partners across the business. So being confident, organised and proactive, with a strong attention to detail is absolutely essential. Time management and the ability to hit demanding project and reporting deadlines will be key to succeeding in this fast–paced role too.
