Finance Analyst

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000

Benefits: Study assistance if required for ACCA/CIMA

10% of salary for choice of flexible benefits

Are you looking for a developmental role to study ACCA/CIMA? My client is seeking a Finance Analyst to join their team, enjoy a full and challenging role and at the same time study for a professional accounting qualification. Candidates must be UK residents.

THE ROLE:

The role will report into the Finance Manager and sit within the wider team of accounting professionals. Duties will include:

Daily processing of delivery transactions and checking against supply chain records

Accounts reconciliation, liaising with key suppliers

KPI reporting and providing analysis to drive efficiencies

Preparation of monthly overheads analysis and monthly VAT returns

Run capital projects cost tracker, reconcile to balance sheet

Ad hoc analysis as and when required by the wider finance team

THE CANDIDATE:

You might have recently qualified AAT or be in the latter stages and looking for further study to qualify CIMA/ACCA

A high degree of systems literacy is essential along with an investigative and analytical approach, great communication skills and a team playing spirit

THE COMPANY:

My client operates in the manufacturing sector and is part of an international group. The site is based in east Hull.
