Finance Administrator
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are seeking a Finance Administrator to join our client with an office based in Victoria, London. This is a fabulous opportunity for someone who is keen to develop their finance career.
The Finance Administrator will provide finance support to the Head of Finance & Operations and will play an essential role through maintaining financial systems, recording and processing financial information, data entry and general financial administration. Reporting to and working with the Head of Finance & Operations to ensure effective financial management across the company.
Finance Administrator duties:
Digital filing of receipts and purchase invoicesMonitoring of accounts inbox to ensure all queries are dealt with in a timely mannerProcessing purchase invoices on the company's accounting system, ensuring correct codingPayment of purchase invoices, recording receipts and bank reconciliationCreate & send sales invoices in line with client guidelinesCredit controlCreate job codes, and set up suppliers in agency softwareMonthly prepayment journalsAssist in maintaining the business cashflow recordsUndertaking other finance administrative tasks and general support to the Head of Finance & Operation as required
Finance Administrator required skills and experience:
Maths and numeracy skillsKnowledge of financial accountingComputer literacyAttention to detail with high level of accuracyAbility to work well in a team and independentlyDiscreet when dealing with confidential informationExperience working in accounts is desirableExperience working with accounts packages preferably Paprika agency management software and accounting packages is desirable
