The RoleYou would play a key role as part of a fast-paced and high-volume finance function, ensuring all invoice processing is in line with documented procedures and agreed SLAs and compliant with financial controls. Key tasks will include - Reviewing bill requests for accuracy and liaising with file handlers with queries/concerns- Reviewing and processing weekly and monthly billing reports along with any ad hoc invoices- Assisting with all other areas of billing where necessary- Dealing with credit notes and any queries regarding these within service level agreement- Providing help and advice on billing procedures in a timely manner The CandidateThe Finance Administrator role will suit an adaptable, reliable and self-motived individual looking for an opportunity to play an important role within a fast-paced corporate environment.
