We are supporting our client, a top Legal firm in the recruit for a Finance Administrator to join the business on a permanent basis. In this role you will have the option to split your time between the Sheffield office and working from home so you must live within a commutable distance to Sheffield. 2 days per week required in the office.

Working Days: Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm

Duties:
Resolve internal and external invoicing queriesEnsure invoices are raised accurately and correctly Escalate issues to management as and when neededMaintain internal audit standardsProvide full administrative support including data entry tasks What you will need to succeed:
Background of working in Data entry or AdministrationExperience dealing with invoices / finance administrationStrong communicatorExperience of working in a fast paced environment & working to deadlinesAbility to manage own workloadAttention to detail is crucialCompany benefits:
