We are a family business providing care in Edinburgh for over 40 years.
We know what makes a good care at home service and are passionate about maintaining the highest standards.
You will not be just a number with us. You are important, and we want you to join our family and be part of a team that cares!
COVID has certainly been challenging for all of us, but we feel we have managed the situation better than most.
We still require all our homecarers to wear full PPE when they are on care visits, and we ensure a plentiful supply of PPE and COVID test kits.
JB Agency was set up by “Mum” in 1979 and is the longest serving provider of home care in the Lothians. Our service has evolved over this time into one of the most highly regarded services and offers a wealth of expertise through our very experienced, trained and motivated workforce. This is an opportunity to join a highly competent, professional and caring office team. The business has been focused on quality of care for over 40 year! Indeed our current Care Inspectorate grading is 5, Very Good for Quality of Care.
In 2021, we were awarded a top 20 care provider in Scotland and in fact positioned 2nd in Edinburgh. We have held this position for 2022 and again for 2023.
We were also 2021 finalists in both Carer of the Year Award and Positive Impact Award.
