Field Service Technician

GBP25,000 – 35,000 per annum (dependent on skills and abilities)

Location: Wrexham/Birmingham/Bangor

The role of the Field Service Technician:

Install, repair and service products at customer sites.Carry out testing to fault find and ensure that company vehicle is fully stocked with spare parts and testing equipment.Complete required service calls and maintain positive customer relationships.Adhere to H&S, offer improvements and suggestions and maintain good working relationships with internal teams. The Successful Field Service Technician will have the following skills:

Mechanical/Electrical and/or technical skills.Problem solver, attention to detail and customer service skills.Driving license due to be UK based. Additional job titles/skills: Catering Engineer, Service Engineer, Repair Engineer, Equipment Technician, Customer Service Engineer.
