Jackson Hogg is proud to be retained in the search for an established and growing Service, Maintenance and Power Generation company based in their search for a Field Service Engineer to join their growing team.

Supplying to a diverse and enviable client portfolio including Logistics, Oil and Marine, Food Manufacture, Military, Local and National Government, Water and Waste sectors but to name a few with several well-known, household names on their books.
The role as a Field Service Engineer is a diverse position utilizing Mechanical and Electrical knowhow to support client requirements at their sites.
This would include:
Site services work
Repairs, Maintenance and routine servicing
Electrical and Mechanical Fault Finding
Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems
Wiring, Installations, Inspections, Testing and Commissioning of new and existing products
Maintenance, Installation and Repair

Full training is provided and as a well-respected and market leading firm within this space, it is important that they ensure their engineers are at the top of their game and as such have developed long standing and strong relationships with training and learning institutions nationwide to ensure this is maintained through continual development, investment and training of their Field Service Engineer teams.
To be eligible for this role, candidates must have:
A full apprenticeship / time served Level 3 Qualification in Electrical Maintenance or equivalent
18th Edition
Inspection and Testing 2391 Certification
AM2 Certification
A valid CSCS Gold Card (or be a previous holder if expired)
A full, valid, UK Driving license
A full, valid UK Passport
Applications from the Armed Forces, specifically from the technical disciplines such as the Royal Logistics Corp, REME or Naval and Air Technicians are warmly welcomed and encouraged for this role. In addition, engineers who have just completed their apprenticeship training and meet the above criteria are strongly encouraged to apply.
There is significant travel included in this role covering both the domestic UK and Internationally and as such will include significant periods of working away.
