EY279 Service Technician
Location: Covering the South region - Oxford, Heathrow and Gatwick
Salary: GBP37,000 DOE
Hours: 40 hours per week, typically between 8am 6pm. From time to time you may be required to respond to a call out for each call out attended to between hours of 6pm 8am you will receive GBP50 and an hourly payment rate of time and a half (including travel to and from call-out location). There are 33 days holiday.

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer on behalf of one of our clients.
Our client are a long-established airport equipment company based in the United States, specialising in the supply and support of airport Ground Support Equipment GSE and Airfield Maintenance Equipment AME .
Our client have expanded operations into the UK. As part of their growth plans they have an opportunity for a Field Service Technician to join their team.

Main Accountabilities:
Planned maintenance.Periodic statutory inspections.Breakdown repairs and fault finding.Calibrations.Fire system inspections.Thorough examinations (LOLER)Technical support.You will be working on a range of support equiptment which may involve vehicles and plant equiptment. Skills:
You will be travelling from your home to the various airports around the South of the UK, mainly Heathrow, Luton, Oxford, Stansted, Bristol and Cardiff to name the most common ones. You may also occasionally travel outside the UK.The successful candidate will have proven experience in the repair and maintenance of either Ground Support Equipment, Commercial Vehicle, Materials Handling Equipment or Plant.The role will provide specialist support of airport based GSE including Aircraft Deicer vehicles, and AME.
