What will I be doing?
You get to run one of their 5 sites with full autonomy.
They will train you and trust you to get the job done well.
They have several people in the business that have over 20 years experience.
With this, along with in-house development plans, they give you everything you need to achieve both personal ambitions and also business goals.
This role is the definition of solo working and team working.
For about half the year, you will be in charge of that site independently, getting to manage the growth, soil health and crop health. In the busier times, you'll get a team of 4 or 5 to support you in lifting crops and getting ready for the next time round.
