Field Care Supervisor
Location: Leeds
Pay Rate: Up to GBP11.80
Shift Pattern: full time (9am 5pm) and alternate full weekends.

What you ll do
Our Field Care Supervisors are the extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients. Supporting them to live safer and supported lives in their own homes. As a supervisor you will ensure that safeguarding incidents are reported in accordance with policies and practices as well as identifying training and development needs and carrying out spot checks, supervisions and quality reviews. You ll follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet and supporting them with their medication. You ll also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes and housework.

You must have previous social care experience to apply for this role. We re interested in people with compassion and the ability to care. You ll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
