Here we have a lovely little black Fiat 500 Pop 1.2, with full fresh MOT and lots of work completed to make sure this car will drive for many years.
While in for it's MOT (expires 12-Nov-24) I had a brand new clutch kit fitted, oils and filters changed, new front discs and pads, track rod end, lower arm, and have receipts for over £1200 as proof as these were advisories on the MOT. I wanted the car to be in it's best condition for the new owner so all the advisories have been sorted. The car has 1 brand new and 3x almost new all-weather tyres, and I had an exhaust sleeve fitted where there was a tiny hole. The rest of the car is all solid, no rot or rust, everything works as it should and most importantly no warning lights on the dashboard.
The car has had a brand new battery fitted, sized properly for the Start/Stop capability. Too often small batteries are fitted resulting in premature wear, this has the factory recommended larger battery to ensure trouble-free starting especially in these winter months.
The genuine OEM factory fitted alloy wheels are in good condition although there is a little scuffing on the fronts from light kerb contact. All centre caps with the 500 logo are present however.
The runs and drives smoothly and without trouble, it has benefitted from a new steering column too as the electric power assisted steering is notorious on these little cars so as a precaution this was replaced a couple of months ago. At the time of fitting the steering column I also had the gear linkages renewed as these can be a cause for concern, so again to make sure all was tip-top. The starter motor was proving a little lazy so to not risk anything, I had this changed too. There was a light grumbling from the front nearside wheel bearing, so this has been replaced too, one less thing for the new owner to worry about.
The car is also fitted with the desirable City Mode which lightens the steering for those tight, awkward parking moments and makes this car a breeze to drive in town.
There is a small dent on the rear nearside wheel arch as can be seen in the photos, however this does not detract from the overall condition of this car and the paint is not broken.
With low miles for it's age this car has only had 3 previous owners and would be superb first car. Low insurance, excellent fuel economy, and only £35 a year road tax! I have 2 keys as shown in the photos with one being the necessary remote opening fob which functions perfectly on the doors and boot. I have the V5 in my name (as 4th owner) however this is not my daily vehicle so the mileage will not increase dramatically other than me running the car to keep it in top running order.
Any questions at all, please ask, many thanks!
